Shipwreck silver coin recovered from the wreck of the "Hollandia" a Dutch East Indiaman which sank off the Isles of Scilly in 1743. This coins is one of many that were carried by the ship for trading in the far East. The shipwreck was discovered in September 1971. The coin has been framed with a Certificate of Origin telling the story of the coin that has been signed by members of the recovery team. A great and unique find!
