They don't get much better than this! Fantastic photograph of the multi Grammy award winning artist, Elvis Costello taken in a Boston music hall during his 1980 tour. This work is part of the "Days of Punk" collection of Michael Grecco, one of America's top photographers shooting celebrities such as Martin Scorsese, Will Ferrel & Penelope Cruz, with work regularly featured in publications such as Esquire, Time & Entertainment Weekly. As a youth Michael honed his trade in the wild, dark and smoky rock clubs of Boston and New York during the 1970's and early 80's. He captured the rise of bands like Devo, The Cramps, Dead Kennedys, The Ramones and countless others on their way to eventual rock legend and his work captures the unbridled energy and rebellion of a seminal shift in American music and culture whose reverberations are still felt to this day.
This is a brand new, never displayed print acquired directly from Mr. Grecco with his original hand signed Certificate of Authenticity.
