Joan Miro, 1893-1983 was a Spanish painter, sculptor, and ceramicist born in Barcelona. He was incredibly known for combining unique craftsmanship with Surrealist fantasy. His developed fashion advanced from the pressure between his whimsical idyllic drive and his vision of the cruelty of modern life. He created an astounding body of work, counting 2,000 oil works of art, 500 figures, and 400 ceramic objects. Joan Miro is one of the foremost celebrated Spanish artists and one who has made a unique style that numerous followed years after his passing in 1983.
