19th century reprint of a map of Judea from 1794 by Robert de Vaugondy / Delamarche. Vaugondy was appointed geographer to the king Louis IV in 1760. This map came from the "Nouvel Atlas Portatif,” posthumously published in the early 1800's.
Hand colored copper plate engraved, published in Paris.
