Chugging into the shop is this early 1900's 6 HP motor engine from Fairbanks Morse & Co. This working hit & miss engine was used on farms and other workplaces to power water pumps, saws and any other use an industrious user dreamt up. This motor has been recently restored to working condition and features beautiful gold leaf lettering and pin striping.
Mounted on an original trailer from the historic Barstow Station in CA, along with a cast iron turbine. The motor was not used at the station it was mounted onto the trailer by the previous owner.
