About

This is an original 1970 NFC Championship ring that was issued to a highly acclaimed starting player, one of only three NFL quarterbacks to lead two different teams to the Super Bowl. Marking the Dallas Cowboys first trip to the Super Bowl the ring is composed of 10k white gold and real diamonds in size 11.75 (inquire about factory re-sizing). The ring is quite striking for a conference championship ring of the period with a diamond pointed Cowboys star set on a blue stone background, perfectly accented by the white gold setting this ring will definitely turn heads at the tailgate.

The 1970 Cowboys squad was coached by Hall of Fame Coach Tom Landry. The team also notably had a QB controversy between Craig Morton and Roger Staubach, who alternated during the season. The 1970 Cowboys would be the first to beat the Green Bay Packers and also gain the unique record of winning the lowest scoring playoff game in NFL history with a 5-0 win over the Detroit Lions.
