Fantastic specimen this fossil came from a baby Corythosaur and was found in the Judith River formation of Montana. It is 100% fossil with no additions or fillers.  

The Corythosaur is a genus of hadrosaurid "duck-billed" dinosaurs from the Upper Cretaceous Period, approximately 77–75.7 million years ago. It lived in what is presently North America. Its title implies "helmet reptile", determined from Greek. It was named and depicted in 1914 by Barnum Brown.
