NO, DO NOT SEND US YOUR ITEMS. We get so many letters and gifts from fans in the mail it is impossible for us to separate them out. Any items mailed to us without specific prior approval from a manager are assumed to be gifts and we are not responsible for returning them.

We apologize but we do not have an appraisal service. We simply can tell you what we would pay you for your item, however you will have to bring the item to the shop. Please see more on selling to us at gspawn.com/pawn-sell

All you need is a valid state issued Identification and be 18 or older. If you have any paperwork for your item such as COA's or other provenance make sure to bring them.

We apologize but we are only selling our products online at this time. Online agents are unable to assist with purchasing your items. The only way to sell to the shop is to physically bring your item to our store.

After you bring your item in we settle on a amount that we will loan you today for your item. The Loan contract will be written for 90 days and you will be paid in cash. We Charge 13% every 30 days the loan is outstanding. Any period from 1-30 days will still be charged the same amount. (Active Duty Military members only pay 3%) A one time $5 Fee will also be charged with every new loan, and a $4 lost ticket fee will be assessed if you require a new pawn ticket. If you do not come back to claim your item before the 90 day loan period expires you can still pick up your item if we still have it in inventory. You will simply pay the additional interest and a $10 late fee. Only Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check is accepted as payment on a loan. If you are not in town we can arrange payment via mail, just mail us a copy of your ticket, ID and a cashiers check or money order. A new ticket will be mailed back to you. We can also mail your item back after a mail payment, just call us first so we can give you the shipping total to add to your final payment. Pick up your items 24/7 at our night window, just call us during normal business hours 9-5 so we can have your item pulled from the safe and available after hours.

If you have an item to pawn or sell you always get to skip the line! Just tell our door person that you are here to sell/pawn us an item and you can skip the line. As far as slow times go they are usually in the morning between 10-11 am or evenings after 4 pm. Nevada residents always get past the line even if you are just visiting to look around, just show your NV ID to the doorman!

The showroom is open 10am - 5:30pm 7 days a week. But you can always sell at our Pawn Window, open 24 hours a day.

Yes we ship to any country serviced by USPS. Simply add the item to your shopping cart and the website will give you a shipping cost.

We are always happy to consider autograph requests but please be aware they may add processing time to your order. Let us know in the order notes and we will try to get one for you!

Yes, Please choose the "Pickup in Store" option and kindly let us know when you expect to pick up the item in the order notes.

We do offer a 90 day layaway on items $500 or more. Please note layaways deposits and payments are not refundable should you default on your payments. We also offer financing through Paypal and Affirm which allow you to pay later and receive your items now. Yes Rick, Corey & Chumlee are all still full time employees of the shop. They do go out on the shop floor from time to time to meet their fans, sign autographs and take pictures. Unfortunately, due to NV privacy laws protecting customers pawning or selling items they are unable to work the pawn counter like the old days since our customers would show up in everyone's pictures!
