Mark Drew is a graphic artist known for screen prints depicting clever cultural mash-ups of "Peanuts" comic characters with rap lyrics replacing their captions. Drew debuted his unique spin on Contemporary Pop art in 2013 with a solo show in Sydney titled “Deez Nuts.” Appropriating the characters of the original Charles M. Schulz Peanuts comic strip, Drew’s prints feature lyrics by Jay-Z, Nas, Wu-Tang Clan, and the Notorious B.I.G. among others. His works can be found in private collections all over the world, including that of the rap artist Drake.
