A genuine ticket from the historic 1936 Democratic National Convention ceremonies at Franklin Field in Philadelphia PA. During this event President Franklin Roosevelt gave his acceptance speech for the Democratic Parties nomination to run for re-election. In the speech he famously proclaimed "This generation of Americans has a rendezvous with destiny." In a little over 5 years America would declare war on the Axis powers and enter World War II. Featured on an episode of Pawn Stars, this ticket is a fantastic and accessible piece of American history.
