About

Tip of a genuine triceratops brow horn from the late Cretaceous period, approximately
67 million years ago. The fossilized horn is on a custom metal stand which allows one to rotate the horn for best display. The horn is in unrestored, as-is condition as when it was previously discovered in Montana or South Dakota. This is a fantastic specimen and will make a truly eye catching display!

The triceratops (Latin name: Triceratops horridus ) is a prehistoric animal and a member of the dinosaur genus. They were typically about 30 feet long and weigh around six to eight tons. The triceratops was among the last non-avian dinosaurs to evolve before the cataclysmic extinction event that occurred 66 million years ago.

Dimensions: Approx.  22" x 10"
