About

This rare 1970 Arova-Porsche Skibob is one of only a few hundred that were ever made. This model was designed with Porsche as part of a marketing campaign to showcase the versatility of the 911 as the skibob was designed to be broken down to fit in the trunk of the Porsche. The skibob concept was envisioned as a way for those with injuries or a lack of leg strength to be able to hit the slopes. The user would strap the two skis to their boots and then sit on the sled. The sled can then be steered using the front ski and handlebar.
