Henri Marie Raymond de Toulouse-Lautrec-Monfa born November 24, in Alibi Tarn France. He was a French painter, printmaker, designer, caricaturist, and artist whose submersion in the colorful and theatrical life of Paris within the late 19th century permitted him to deliver a collection of luring, exquisite, and provocative pictures of some of the time decadent affairs of those times.
