Presented here is a rare 1977 Denver Broncos AFC Championship salesman's sample ring. This ring is an exact match to that issued to Broncos QB Larry Craig Morton in most every way except for the gemstones (this ring has artificial stones). Morton was the first starting quarterback to appear in the Super Bowl with more than one franchise and the first to represent both NFL conferences. He is also the only quarterback to start for multiple franchises in their inaugural Super Bowl appearance.
This exceptional find was acquired directly from a former Josten's salesperson. This ring was manufactured on the same machines using the same dies as the original making it nearly indistinguishable from Morton's ring!
Front features the Broncos "D" surrounded by CZ amidst the text "Denver Broncos AFC Champions." Left shank is the text "Morton" over a Denver Broncos helmet and the text "QB-7." Right shank has a image of the stadium overlaid with a detailed Lombardi trophy and the text "SuperBowl XII" over the team motto "Togetherness."
Ring Size: 11 (Ask about factory re-sizing)
10k Gold
