Presented here is a rare 1971 Pittsburgh Pirates World Series ring. This ring is an exact match to that issued to Hall of Famer and series MVP Roberto Clemente in every way except for the gemstone (this ring has a CZ as opposed to a diamond on Clemente's) making it a collection defining peice for any Pirates fan! This exceptional find is a salesman's sample ring that was acquired directly from a former Josten's salesperson. These rings were manufactured on the same machines using the same dies as the originals making it nearly indistinguishable from Clemente's!

A beveled edge borders the ring's face, with raised lettering of "PITTSBURGH 1971" as an interior perimeter and "WORLD CHAMPIONS" on the outer circle. Shank designs include "PIRATES" and "CLEMENTE" banners, the team's buccaneer mascot, Clemente's number "21" ball-and-bat design, and the Rivers Stadium.
