Manufactured by Bally in 1947 this game was a popular single player pitch and batting game. 

A dime starts the game where an automated “pitcher” throws a ball to the player upon the press of a button, the player then swings by flipping a finger lever. Each contact with the ball would register on the unit’s score board with each game lasting for up to four minutes of play time or three outs.  

Bally’s Heavy Hitter game was the first pinball type game to use a ball delivery and pitching flap, which later became standard in the 1950s.  

The game was restored by the previous owner to working condition.
