We apologize but the Coronavirus pandemic has caused multiple delays impacting international shipments via the United States Postal Service. Please be advised some shipments are seeing delays of anywhere between 1-3 months in shipping transit while others are relatively unaffected, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS FROM THE CARRIER, ONLY IN CASE OF A LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM! If this is an item you need promptly please contact us for a UPS quote, it is more expensive but will arrive quickly. Due to the delays we can no longer accept Paypal payments for international orders with USPS shipping options (Orders from Canada are unaffected and have no restrictions).
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND RESIDENTS: USPS First Class and Priority mail has been suspended with no current date of return. The Postal Service™ has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to Australia & New Zealand due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please select UPS so we can send you your items, orders selecting USPS shipping services will ship when service resumes to your country.
Please use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express as payment method for your orders.
Orders using UPS as a shipping method will still allow Paypal as a payment method. At times the UPS rate shown may be higher than the actual rate so please contact us at email@example.com or via livechat for a custom shipping quote if the total for shipping via UPS seems too high.
As we implement this change all orders using Paypal will be refunded and then cancelled until normal international shipping times are restored. We will contact you to arrange alternate payment or shipping methods.
US and Canadian orders are unaffected and have been proceeding as usual with only minimal delays.
