From the Soviet era this is a G-suit used to by MiG fighter pilots to help compensate for gravitational forces in high performance flight. This early partial pressure suit had tubes running down the arms, legs, and back to aid the pilot by increasing pressure to prevent blackouts under high G maneuvers.
