Reverse: Designed by Emily Damstra and engraved by Michael Gaudioso. The design features a single eagle coming in for a landing, carrying an oak branch as if to add it to a nest.

Obverse: Adolph A. Weinman designed the obverse known as The Walking Liberty.  Showcasing Lady Liberty cloaked in an American flag, moving gracefully as the sun rises over a ridge.
